The purpose of this site is to provide products and information to our customers and prospective customers. By using our site, you signify your legal and binding agreement to our terms.

Please assume that everything on the site is copyrighted, unless otherwise noted. That includes, but is not limited to graphics, text, and attached documents. You can download information from this site, but only for non-commercial, personal use. Please do not distribute information without SECO's prior written consent.

All information on this site and any statements made by SECO personnel are believed to be accurate, but are presented without warranty of any kind. We assume no liability or responsibility for errors and omissions on this site. All information on this site is subject to change at SECO's discretion.

Ordering Information

Becoming SECO Customer

To apply for a SECO online account, you may either:

New account approval normally occurs within 48 hours of receipt of information by customer service.

Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirming email containing your login and account information.

With this information you will be able to access pricing, create favorites list and ordering templates. You will also have the ability to add other users if desired.

If your company has a SECO account and you want online ordering privileges, you may:

  • Contact your Company's Account Administrator to register you as a user
  • Complete the Online Application

Orders of less than $100.00 may be subject to a minimum order fee.

Shipping Information

Delivery Options

We endeavor to ship in stock items to you within 24 hours, in the most efficient, least costly way possible. In most instances, items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or a carrier of your designation. Larger shipments usually go by truck. UPS, FedEx and air shipments have strict regulations and limitations on what's acceptable. Some carriers impose a surcharge on all items designated "hazardous".

Extra Charges

Shipping and handling fees, special packaging materials, carrier surcharges and hazardous material fees imposed by government or carrier regulations will be added separately to the invoice.

Expedited shipments require additional charges.

Hazardous Materials Shipping Policy

SECO complies with applicable governmental regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous materials to our customers. Our method of shipment is governed by these agencies. In the case of hazardous materials, SECO will select the most appropriate and cost effective method of shipping.

SECO will not ship any hazardous materials via air freight. We may, at our own discretion, have our supplier ship hazardous materials via air freight.

Typically, shipping hazardous materials will lead to a separate shipping charge.

Return Policy

Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

All returns must have an RGA number.

To insure proper credit each request for return must include:

  • Customer Name and Address
  • SECO Shipping Order Number
  • Date of Invoice
  • SECO Catalog Number
  • Customer Purchase Order Number
  • Reason for Return

All returns may be subject to 30% restocking charge and must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of order.

Merchandise that must be returned by SECO to the manufacturer for inspection, reworking or refurbishing will, at all times, be subject to a charge proportionate to that received by SECO from the manufacturer.

Merchandise returned in such condition that repacking is required for return to stock will, at all times, be subject to a minimum 30% handling charge.

Items Not Acceptable for Return or Credit
  • Merchandise that has been discontinued
  • Opened chemicals and items that have been defaced by labeling and marking
  • Merchandise not purchased from SECO
  • Items purchased on "special order" basis (unless manufacturer will accept return)
  • Dated items whose shelf life has expired
  • Hazardous chemicals in broken containers
Return of Hazardous Materials

Return shipments of hazardous materials must be marked, labeled and shipped in accordance with DOT regulations applicable to transportation of hazardous substances

Merchandise Guarantee for Something Arriving Broken

Every precaution is taken to ensure safe arrival of merchandise. Receiving clerks should not accept, unconditionally, shipments with evidence of rough handling until contents have been examined by a transport agent. Shipments containing concealed damage or missing items must be reported to and inspected by the carrier within 10 days. Retain all packing material and containers for inspection. Notify SECO customer service immediately.
